Miracle Mile - North

Built mostly between 1924 - 1941, these Spanish Colonial Revival homes are bordered between Beverly and 3rd on the North/South front and Fairfax and La Brea on the East/West. Even though The Grove next door has given the old Farmer's Market a face lift, these old houses are protected by LA's Historic Preservation Overlay Zone program. They're not going to change at all!
