William Mulholland Memorial Fountain
Some say "tisk tisk" to William Mulholland for lying, bribing, and stealing water from the Owens Valley. On the other hand, it doesn't really matter how he fenagled the 238 mile Los Angeles Aqueduct because this city couldn't exist without it. The aqueduct was completed in 1913 and in 1940 we dedicated this fountain to him.
